Open Gym

Self-guided workouts and practice sessions are available to all athletes. Feel free to make use of our heavy weight bags, free weights, and various equipment at your convenience. You can work out on your own time and at a pace that suits your individual needs and goals.

Homeschool Kickboxing

A spin-off of our popular kickboxing class, this program is specifically designed for kids who are homeschooled and require a healthy and engaging outlet to release their energy throughout the day. Similar to our existing kids' class, participants will not only learn the fundamental techniques of boxing and the effective use of free weights, but they will also enjoy a comprehensive full-body workout that incorporates both strength training and cardiovascular exercises. This class aims to promote physical fitness while providing an enjoyable and supportive environment for children to thrive.

Kids Kickboxing
